Senior Manager Revenue Operations & Systems

About the role

Lead the design, scaling and future‑proofing of the systems and automation that power Preply’s revenue engine. You will blend hands‑on system expertise with strategic ownership, building integrated processes while guiding a high‑performing team to drive efficiency, data accuracy and innovation across the GTM stack.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture, optimisation and health of GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally and Intercom, ensuring seamless integrations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across lead scoring, routing, deal management and renewals using tools like Zapier or Cargo.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance, build self‑serve dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Manage the tooling roadmap, budget and vendor relationships, evaluating new technologies and AI integrations.
• Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists, fostering a culture of precision, curiosity and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems or Sales/Marketing Ops within a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, administration and automation.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end GTM processes and data flows.
• Proven ability to translate business and customer needs into technical solutions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and teams.
