Senior Manager, Transition Services – EMEA & Global Tier 1

About the role

As Senior Manager, Transition Services, you will lead a team of ICs and managers responsible for onboarding Managed Print Services (MPS), Managed Device Services (MDS) and Managed Collaboration Services (MCS) customer engagements across EMEA and Global Tier 1 accounts. You will oversee the transition lifecycle from contract signature through operational handover, ensuring successful customer onboarding, accelerated Time-to-Revenue and achievement of contractual commitments. The role is based in Sant Cugat del Valles, Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and transition of MPS, MDS and MCS engagements across local, regional and global environments
• Build and operationalise the GT1 Transition Framework, working with AMS and APJ counterparts
• Accelerate Time-to-Revenue through transition governance, execution discipline, risk management and cross-functional coordination
• Serve as the leadership escalation point for critical customer onboarding, deployment and transition issues
• Lead cross-functional teams to remove blockers and resolve complex delivery challenges
• Establish transition governance, project management standards, reporting discipline and operational best practices
• Drive continuous improvement focused on automation, standardisation, efficiency, scalability and customer experience
• Support transformation initiatives, future operating models and process evolution
• Manage operational performance, resource planning, capacity management, budget alignment and business metrics
• Recruit, develop, coach and lead high-performing teams
• Develop recovery plans for strategic or high-risk customer engagements and anticipate delivery risks

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or commensurate experience
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning or a related field
• Preferred certification: PMP
