About the role

Nory, a Series B hospitality‑tech company, is rebuilding its mobile ecosystem from the ground up. As a Senior Mobile Engineer you will lead the migration of legacy Capacitor apps to a high‑performance React Native platform that powers thousands of restaurant workers daily.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end greenfield rebuild of the Nory mobile app using React Native and TypeScript.
• Transition legacy code to a modern, offline‑first architecture within one to two quarters.
• Integrate AI‑driven agents into the development workflow to accelerate code generation while maintaining high quality.
• Design and maintain a robust platform that works reliably under poor connectivity, low‑spec hardware, and diverse accessibility needs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience shipping production‑grade React Native applications in TypeScript.
• Proven track record of leading major migrations or greenfield builds.
• Strong product and UX sense, with a focus on accessibility and reliability for high‑pressure users.
