Senior Paid Search Marketing Specialist

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Paid Search Marketing Specialist in Barcelona. You will work alongside performance marketers, data engineers and data scientists, owning 360 projects and collaborating with all channel teams. You will create, develop and optimise high-impact campaigns for one of Glovo's regions (Africa, Eastern Europe, Balkans or Sweden), focusing on acquisition, activation, reactivation and re-engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation and re-engagement
• Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics
• Run A/B tests and performance analysis to continuously optimise campaigns
• Collaborate with Paid Social, SEM, ASA and programmatic teams, and with design, local marketing, BI and Martech
• Share insights and best practices with the wider team

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC)
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns, optimising acquisition funnels and maximising ROAS
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and working with many stakeholders
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models and incrementality testing
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch or Appsflyer
• Experience with Paid Social, programmatic and SEM is valued
