Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This is a full-time, independent contractor position for a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer who takes full ownership of ad performance for a portfolio of rapidly scaling insulation businesses. The role suits a specialist focused on high-ticket lead generation in the home improvement sector, driving qualified applications and booked inspections while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns for about 10 active client accounts.
• Build, test and iterate lead generation funnels, VSLs and booked-call systems to maximise conversion.
• Own the client relationship directly, running weekly reporting calls and giving clear, actionable insights.
• Work with the founder on high-converting ad creative, hooks and messaging.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and delivery to protect ROI and funnel economics.
• Document processes so junior support can be onboarded as the portfolio grows.
• Spot underperforming metrics early and fix them without hand-holding.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing $30k-$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
• Direct experience in home services, home improvement or contractor verticals, ideally insulation or HVAC.
• Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality.
• Track record of profitable Meta campaign scaling with a structured testing approach.
• Ability to lead client calls and handle difficult performance conversations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to summarise complex data for executives.
• Mentorship experience or background reviewing junior media buyers' work.
• Availability for significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.
