Senior People Operations Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Nexthink is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to support its EMEA workforce. You will act as a trusted HR partner, helping employees and managers navigate the employee lifecycle, HR systems, policies, benefits, and compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, end‑to‑end People Operations support across the EMEA region, covering HR systems, policy interpretation, benefits and local compliance.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Workday, handling configuration, testing, documentation, training delivery and adoption support.
• Design and deliver new People Team programs, supporting change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and implement automation and process‑improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and increase accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional and global People Team partners to ensure consistent practices and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role.
• Strong expertise in Workday or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Multilingual abilities and knowledge of European labor laws are a plus.
