Senior People Partner, Technology & Product

About the role

Cint, a pioneer in research technology, is looking for a Strategic People Partner focused on Technology & Product. The role sits at the intersection of technology, behaviour and organisational design, helping build R&D teams that are fast, adaptive and genuinely great to work in. It is described as remote work (#LI-Remote).

Key responsibilities

• Work with engineering and product leaders to redesign org structures, team topology and ways of working in an AI-accelerated world.
• Turn the hype around AI into concrete decisions on roles, skills, productivity and team composition.
• Rebuild People products such as performance, hiring, onboarding, merit and talent so they work for builders, with less bureaucracy.
• Bridge strategy and reality: define where the company is going and make sure it happens.
• Identify future capabilities early and ensure the right talent is available.
• Help leaders operate in ambiguity, make better decisions faster and build teams that do not burn out.
• Protect human qualities such as judgment, creativity, trust and collaboration, and use data thoughtfully rather than hiding behind dashboards.

Required profile

• Experience working closely with R&D or engineering teams and understanding how things really happen.
• Part of meaningful transformation, not just polishing existing processes.
• Comfortable tearing down and rebuilding core HR systems when they do not fit.
• Genuinely curious about AI and the future of work.
• Proactive, sharp and opinionated, able to work in messy, fast-moving environments.
• Believes People is a core driver of business performance, not a support layer.
