Learning and Development Internship

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is offering a full-time Learning and Development internship in Madrid within its Career Programs, under the non-LDP intern/co-op track. The intern supports learning and development programs for employees and people managers, contributes to onboarding and employee experience, and takes part in talent development and learning innovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of learning and development programs for employees and people managers.
• Contribute to onboarding processes and employee experience initiatives for new hires.
• Coordinate training activities with external vendors, internal trainers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage learning data and training metrics, prepare reports and track dashboards.
• Assist in designing, updating and maintaining learning materials and development resources.
• Participate in talent development, capability-building and learning innovation projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed university studies or equivalent education; studies in HR or commercial studies are appreciated.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a structured, process-oriented approach.
• Quick learner, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, and good English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with data, digital tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
