Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist in Barcelona. You will work alongside performance marketers, data engineers and data scientists to use data to uncover opportunities, measure and monitor performance and optimise marketing efforts. You will be responsible for 360 projects, working closely with all channel teams, and will take the lead on campaigns for one of Glovo's regions (Africa, Eastern Europe, Balkans or Sweden).

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and optimise high-impact campaigns, specialising in acquisition, activation, reactivation and re-engagement through App Campaigns (UAC)
• Own performance targets and consistently deliver on key metrics to drive growth
• Run A/B tests and performance analysis to continuously optimise campaigns
• Collaborate with marketers and analysts across Paid Social, SEM, ASA and programmatic channels
• Work with design, local marketing teams, BI and Martech to execute winning strategies
• Share insights and best practices with the team

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads
• Proven expertise in scaling campaigns, optimising acquisition funnels and maximising ROAS
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and collaborating across multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Required skills

• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models and incrementality testing
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch or Appsflyer
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and thrive in a fast-paced environment
