Senior Presales Technical Enablement Engineer

About the role

Ingram Micro is looking for a Senior Presales Technical Enablement Engineer based in Madrid, fully dedicated to HPE enablement. The role provides pre-sales consultation, training and education to partners so they can expand their business with HPE and grow their business with Ingram Micro faster. It also builds reseller and HPE vendor relationships and raises partners' technical proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively introduce, demonstrate and train partners on modern business needs, desired outcomes, market trends, emerging technologies, vendors and products, and high-margin professional services.
• Enable partners to become proactive, profitable and services-driven "trusted advisors" to their end-user customers.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic advice to decision-makers and key stakeholders to encourage investment in growth through Ingram Micro.
• Build reseller and HPE vendor relationships and educate partners on best-in-class IT solutions.

Required profile

• Specialist in technical or business skills, with a customer focus.
• Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience, including at least 3 years of specific experience.
• Ability to make a significant contribution to processes and systems.

Required skills

• Advanced badges and certifications in "advanced solutions" technology categories.
• High levels of executive, business, sales and technical acumen.
• Competencies such as innovation, managing complexity, strategic mindset, conflict management, situational adaptability, trust, collaboration, tech savviness, resourcefulness and ambiguity management.
