Senior Process Owner O2C

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Process Owner O2C in Barcelona. The role sits in the Finance team and works on the Order-to-Cash journey, helping turn financial policies into a "touchless" reality through close collaboration with the Finance Transformation team.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Billing, Tax and Accounting subject matter experts to gather requirements and turn them into process blueprints and technical specifications.
• Help design and document the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams so new business lines are designed with automation in mind.
• Identify manual workarounds in local markets and support the adoption of global automated standards.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence, ideally in a high-volume marketplace or tech environment.
• Good understanding of IFRS 15, VAT triggers and revenue recognition.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, workflows, data flows and system dependencies.
• Enjoyment of working closely with others and contributing to process architecture.

Required skills

• ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central and Oracle.
• Knowledge of e-money licenses, escrow accounts or regulated payment flows is a plus.
• RPA and process automation knowledge, and certifications such as Six Sigma or Kaizen, are a plus.
