Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join OMODA & JAECOO Motors in Barcelona. You will lead strategic procurement projects for KD/CKD components and support automotive OEM operations across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic procurement projects linked to KD/CKD components and automotive OEM operations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality and global procurement teams.
• Drive supplier localisation, cost optimisation and development of a strong European supply base.
• Manage complex supplier and component projects from RFQ through to mass production.
• Gain exposure to international supply chains, technical procurement and cross‑border project coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• 5–8 years of automotive procurement experience with an OEM background.
• Strong experience in KD/CKD or technical component procurement (body structures, chassis, electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, etc.).
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• High integrity, strong execution capability and ability to manage complex projects.
