Senior Product Designer – AI Consumer Apps

About the role

Codeway is looking for a senior Product Designer to shape AI‑powered consumer experiences for its flagship photo‑editing product, Retake. You will turn complex AI capabilities into simple, trustworthy, one‑tap interactions used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for major product bets, from concept through shipped experience.
• Translate AI capabilities into intuitive, one‑tap interactions that users can understand, control, and trust.
• Prototype rapidly, test with real users, and iterate based on data‑driven experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, machine‑learning engineers, data analysts, and growth teams.
• Raise the bar for visual and interaction craft, ensuring cultural relevance across the product.
• Contribute reusable interaction patterns for AI‑powered creativity.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing high‑scale consumer products (social, photo/video, lifestyle, gaming, etc.).
• Exceptional interaction and visual design craft.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, especially with evolving AI capabilities.
• Strong product instinct for simple, natural, mass‑friendly experiences.
• Experience running experiments and shipping quickly.
• Clear thinking and strong communication across disciplines.
