- Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk and Legal to shape the product roadmap and deliver compliant features.
Required profile
- Strong background in Product/UX/UI design, with mandatory experience in complex B2C fintech, brokerage, trading or wealth management ecosystems.

- High customer empathy and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Figma and rapid prototyping.
- Interaction design and the ability to simplify data-heavy interfaces and intricate workflows.
- Use of behavioral analytics, A/B testing and funnel metrics to drive design decisions.

- Hybrid working with an extra 25 days per year to work remotely from another city or country.
- Competitive pay aligned with a pay-for-impact policy, including stock options.
- Confidential coaching and mental health support through OpenUP.
- Unlimited access to Udemy courses and partner discounts and rewards.
- Up to 8 extra weeks of gender-neutral new parent leave and 3 extra paid days off after 6 months.
- Free onsite meals in Vienna, Bucharest, Barcelona and Berlin, tenure recognition and company events.
