FeverUp · Remote Spain
Job description
About the role
Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join its Data Team. The role suits someone who cares deeply about product impact, user experience and how systems connect to real business outcomes. You will work across the full stack, from the interfaces users interact with to the services and data layers behind them, bridging AI and data capabilities with the products people use. You will own features end-to-end: shaping the problem with Product and Design, building it, defining success metrics and iterating on real data.
Key responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, from problem definition with Product and Design to delivery and iteration.
- Work across the full stack: a modern TypeScript web platform, Python-based services and APIs, and data stores, warehouses and event-driven systems.
- Integrate with native apps (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and Swift/SwiftUI) via webviews and native bridges.
- Help teams make sound trade-offs, avoid overengineering and connect engineering work to operational and business outcomes.
Required profile
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-leverage environments and shipping with judgment.
- Nice to have: experience on internal platforms, operational tools or product-heavy backends, and on 0 to 1 initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership through ownership of difficult, high-impact projects.
Required skills
- Full-stack: TypeScript, Python, SQL, event-driven and distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, containers and CI/CD.
- Nice to have: strong TypeScript and one modern web framework (Angular, Astro, Svelte); componentization and server-side vs client-side choices.
- Nice to have: Django or FastAPI; PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DynamoDB, Redis, OpenSearch; Kafka or RabbitMQ; AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform; Datadog.
- Nice to have: LLM integrations, LangGraph/LangChain, RAG, GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, Statsig/Optimizely, A/B testing and feature flags.
What we offer
- Flexible schedule, bonus and stock options.
- 40% discount on Fever events and experiences.
- Health insurance from day 1, English or Spanish lessons, Wellhub membership and a tax-free restaurant and transport allowance.
- Possibility to receive part of your salary in advance.
