Senior Product Manager – Hip & Knee Segments

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Hip & Knee portfolio in Spain. The role will implement the global product strategy locally, strengthen surgeon relationships and drive commercial growth of knee and hip reconstruction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in defining local strategies, priorities and resource allocation for the Hip & Knee segments.
• Execute and adapt the global product strategy to the Spanish market, including lifecycle management and product positioning.
• Conduct market, competition, ASP and ROI analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Plan and deliver medical education programmes, cadaver labs and clinical training for surgeons.
• Provide in‑theatre support, train sales teams and distributors, and nurture key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs and global product teams to accelerate segment growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within orthopedics or medical devices.
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish orthopedic market, hospital tendering and procurement processes.
• Understanding of regulatory and ethical frameworks governing medical products in Spain.
• Strong clinical knowledge of knee and hip anatomy, pathology and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage surgeons and KOLs.
