Senior Product Manager – Traffic & Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a senior product manager who will shape Click&Boat’s traffic and acquisition strategy. You will work with SEO, SEA, brand and acquisition experts to anticipate how search and AI will drive future traffic and turn those insights into product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a clear point of view on the evolution of search, AI and acquisition and decide where the company should invest.
• Challenge and collaborate with SEO, SEA, brand and acquisition teams to translate assumptions into a coherent strategy.
• Partner with engineering to build tools, automations and experiments that operationalise the strategy.
• Connect acquisition efforts to the full user journey, from discovery through conversion and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Strategic yet hands‑on, able to define roadmaps and dive into specific funnels, landing pages or metrics.
• Strong technical understanding of web acquisition, including technical SEO, site architecture, indexing and page performance.
• Significant experience in growth or traffic acquisition, either as a product manager or in a dedicated growth role.
• Previous experience as a product manager, regardless of scope.
