Senior Project Manager – Airport Business Unit

About the role

SITA is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Airport Business Unit’s Project and Product Office. You will drive complex programs and projects that support airport operations, passenger and baggage processing, and post‑merger integrations across a global network of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver programs of varying size, including major transformation and end‑to‑end post‑merger integration projects.
• Develop integration strategies, define guiding principles, and capture transaction value for merger initiatives.
• Manage project lifecycles, prioritize critical tasks, and align all stakeholders with clear objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks early to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth progress.
• Build business cases, capacity plans, and track activities against schedules, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, anticipate interdependencies, and facilitate effective collaboration.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong forecasting and planning abilities.
• Proven influencing skills and comfort working with diverse, international teams.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate priorities, operating needs, and responsibilities across workstreams.
