Senior Project Manager – Events & Architecture

About the role

We are a leading national agency specialized in temporary architecture and events, with over 25 years of experience connecting brands with their audiences. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex event projects for our Madrid office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, conduct feasibility studies and supervise projects from concept to execution.
• Assess risks, propose alternative solutions and manage required resources.
• Develop strategies and plans to optimise time and resources.
• Analyse, develop and improve operational systems, create roadbooks and process manuals, and define policies.
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, accommodation, transport, catering, staff and audiovisuals.
• Act as the main client liaison throughout the event lifecycle, understanding needs and delivering tailored proposals.
• Manage legal aspects (data protection, NDAs, contracts, permits) in collaboration with the legal team.
• Prepare tender documentation and client proposals together with creative and design teams.
• Review and manage presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an events agency (essential).
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale events, stands, roadshows and construction sites.
• Highly organised, proactive, dynamic, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
• Advanced English; German is a plus.
