Senior Project Manager

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital transformation programmes for top‑tier clients. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery across multiple workstreams and geographies, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budget, timelines and quality.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies to drive delivery excellence.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Own financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and governance.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within delivery teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, preferably in consulting or complex environments.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, complex initiatives.
• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred.

Required skills

• Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project.
• Power BI (advantageous).
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP or ServiceNow.
