Senior Project Manager

About the role

Verisure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Tech South Quality team in Madrid. You will act as a cross‑enablement layer, linking multiple QA verticals and ensuring consistent planning, governance, and decision‑making across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen cross‑team collaboration by providing a unified quality perspective.
• Support a demand‑intake mechanism across countries and internal technical teams (IT, R&D), structuring needs and facilitating prioritisation.
• Lead and manage strategic or special projects, consolidating inputs from various functions.
• Set and manage strategic roadmaps, overseeing rigorous project execution to meet business goals.
• Ensure project alignment and obtain approvals from Business, Legal, Data Privacy, and Infosec.
• Run governance forums (quality committees, business/tech follow‑ups) and track decisions and actions.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and reports for top management.
• Coordinate a single view of performance/KPIs across QA verticals.
• Lead initiatives to improve ways of working, templates, rituals, and playbooks.
• Mentor team members and champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior project or program management within a technology environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with legal, data‑privacy, and security functions.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
