Senior QA Engineer (100% Remote)

About the role

As a Senior QA Engineer at Tether, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and exceptional user experience of our fintech products. Working fully remote, you will combine manual and automated testing to deliver robust solutions that power digital finance worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Perform exploratory, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for broad coverage.
• Continuously improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
