Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in the Assets Ops team, you will own the end‑to‑end quality strategy for a fast‑growing AI‑driven enterprise platform. You will work closely with developers, product managers and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring fast feedback loops and reliable releases for thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve testing strategies aligned with product and engineering goals.
• Perform hands‑on testing of new features using exploratory, functional and regression techniques.
• Develop, execute and maintain automated E2E and API test suites for web and mobile applications.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with quality gates (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on failing automated tests and drive their resolution.
• Report bugs clearly, track their resolution and provide fast feedback to developers and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI‑assisted development efforts and evaluate emerging tooling to improve quality workflows.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid, international team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on product health and stability.

Required skills

• Automated testing frameworks for E2E and API testing.
• CI/CD pipeline configuration, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing.
• Root‑cause analysis of test failures.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools.
