Senior Recruiter

About the role

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle talent acquisition across multiple business units and locations. You will partner with hiring managers, champion OneTrust’s values, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the company’s rapid growth in AI governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse range of positions and geographies.
• Source candidates using college job boards, applicant databases, and other research tools.
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and behavioral‑based assessments.
• Participate in university recruiting events during fall and spring semesters and manage candidate flow through the event platform.
• Promote OneTrust’s culture, career growth opportunities, and best recruiting practices.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, highly organized and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adaptable to change and eager to learn about emerging software trends.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting across GTM and G&A functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver high‑quality hires.
