Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology Recruitment

About the role

Oliver James is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Technology & IT Recruitment team in Madrid. You will focus on building and nurturing relationships across the Spanish and wider European technology market, driving full‑cycle recruitment for both contract and permanent positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer management and onboarding.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities within the Technology & IT sector.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high‑calibre placements.
• Source, interview, and place technology professionals across contract and permanent markets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Oliver James’ international network to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 360° recruitment, including business development.
• Previous recruitment experience within the Technology/IT sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and a professional, results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English.
