Senior Retail Project Manager - Global Partnerships

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Senior Retail Project Manager for its Global Retail Partnerships team in Barcelona. The team builds the performance tools, insights and project structure that global and local teams rely on to grow strategic retail partnerships across multiple countries. Retail is one of Glovo's fastest-growing business units, with more than 200 retail brand partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse partner and category performance and deliver ad-hoc analyses for global partners and internal stakeholders, supporting the Masterplan, Business Plan and Target Setting.
• Design and build tools for regional and local teams, such as business plan calculators, migration trackers and operational spreadsheets.
• Own the Retail Bible and Quick Commerce onboarding materials, keeping them relevant and improving them based on feedback.
• Own the performance tracking tools used by the Global Retail team to measure progress against goals, and turn data into direction by spotting opportunities and risks early.
• Drive cross-functional projects with Strategy, Operations, Product, Finance, Catalog & PIM and Integrations, delivering on time and on scope.
• Build tools supporting retail operations topics such as uptime and cancellations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, internet companies, FMCG or retail, including project management, business analysis or a similar role.
• Solid grasp of retail, FMCG and/or e-commerce models and what drives their revenue and growth.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Experience with BI tools and SQL.
• Ability to structure complex projects independently, manage many stakeholders and tight deadlines, and build tools and dashboards others rely on.
