Senior Sales Advisor & Trainer

About the role

ProjectBlueQuo, in partnership with SAMY, is seeking a highly experienced freelance Sales Advisor & Trainer to co‑create a unified sales methodology and deliver a high‑impact training program for Account Managers and Commercial Leaders worldwide. The role is strategic, consulting‑focused and will culminate in a one‑day online training session at the end of the month.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a deep‑dive audit of SAMY’s current B2B sales processes, tools and KPIs to identify gaps.
• Collaborate with internal commercial leaders to design a proprietary sales playbook covering hunting, farming, negotiation and upselling.
• Develop comprehensive training curricula, case studies, simulations and facilitator guides.
• Lead engaging, interactive training cohorts, blending theory with role‑plays and practical exercises.
• Collect feedback and continuously refine the methodology for future cohorts.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of senior B2B sales experience in marketing, influencer marketing, social media or digital services.
• Proven track record in both new‑business acquisition (hunting) and strategic account growth (farming, upselling, cross‑selling).
• Strong network within the digital marketing industry and experience with top‑brand sales projects.
• Native‑level command of English (100% bilingual).
