Senior SDR Enablement Specialist

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Senior SDR Enablement Specialist in Barcelona. The role architects the learning journey for the International (EMEA and APJ) Sales Development organization, shortening ramp time for new hires and improving the skills of existing SDRs. It expands established programs and standardizes the SDR enablement rhythm through high-impact onboarding and "ever-boarding".

Key responsibilities

• Design an onboarding experience that takes new SDRs from Day 1 to their first booked meeting.
• Create interactive workshops and engaging training materials focused on pipeline generation, territory planning, prospecting, messaging and tool adoption.
• Run ongoing learning sessions and establish certification criteria and standards for SDRs.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Work with Sales Leadership to align training with sales goals and organize SDR assets so they are accessible and up to date.
• Run continuous "ever-boarding" and formal certifications, gather feedback, measure content consumption and report on enablement impact on ramp and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years in sales development or related roles.
• Track record in prospecting or full-cycle sales, building pipelines from scratch with modern sales stacks including AI-driven tools.
• Proven success shortening onboarding ramp time and improving SaaS sales team skills.
• Experience designing and running training programs, and operating multiple global programs while keeping leadership informed.

Required skills

• Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Sumble, Seismic and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• MEDDPICC qualification framework.
• Storytelling, facilitation and presentation skills, and ability to analyze sales metrics.

• Base salary of EUR 61,600 to 97,500, with no variable component.
