Technical SEO Lead (Madrid)

About the role

Fever is looking for a hands‑on Technical SEO Lead to own the technical health and structural integrity of its large transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and a global white‑label network. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations teams to maximise organic visibility across traditional search engines, LLM‑driven results, local listings and third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the technical SEO health of global web properties.
• Conduct large‑scale log analysis, CDN performance monitoring and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
• Implement and validate structured data across all platforms.
• Design and execute experimentation roadmaps to ensure bot accessibility and ranking improvements.
• Collaborate with Data, Product and Systems teams to align SEO strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical SEO for high‑traffic, transactional websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence product and engineering decisions.
• Hands‑on attitude and willingness to tackle complex technical challenges.
