Senior Software Engineer - Python & Angular (Hybrid)

About the role

EY GDS Spain is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer (Python and Angular) with strong experience building modern web applications and a keen interest in integrating AI capabilities into real-world products. The role combines solid full-stack engineering with hands-on work on emerging AI technologies and LLM-powered features, in a hybrid setting.

Required profile

• 3+ years building end-to-end applications with backend technologies (Python, Node.js or similar) and modern frontend frameworks (Angular)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
• Ability to work with product, design and AI teams to deliver features

Required skills

• Backend and API engineering: REST or GraphQL APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js or equivalent
• AI integration: LLM APIs, embeddings, prompt design or basic RAG workflows
• Programming fundamentals, testing, clean code, Git and CI/CD
• Cloud deployment on Azure, AWS or similar
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel or vector databases
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, logging and observability, and awareness of responsible AI use
