Senior Supply Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Supply Acquisition Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end tutor acquisition pillar for Preply’s expanding marketplace. You will work closely with Marketing, Expansion, Product, Sales and Legal to build scalable acquisition engines that bring qualified tutors onto the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SEM and paid‑social campaign performance, partner with Marketing to iterate and troubleshoot under‑performance.
• Collaborate with SEO and CRM teams to improve organic acquisition and lead‑to‑tutor conversion.
• Own job‑board strategy across LinkedIn and other boards, handling sourcing, postings, relationships and performance tracking.
• Identify, test and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships (e.g., referrals, affiliate) from scratch.
• Define and evolve KPI/reporting framework (ATAC, conversion rate, ROI) to guide budget and channel‑mix decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on growth/performance marketing or demand generation with budget ownership.
• Fluency with CRM and funnel metrics (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) to build KPI frameworks.
• Proven experience building and scaling a channel or process from zero, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Growth mindset, strong influencing skills and experience in fast‑paced high‑growth environments.
• Proficiency with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets minimum; SQL or BI tool a strong plus).
