Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Aviation Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for highly specialized engineering, maintenance and white‑collar positions within the aviation sector. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with engineering, maintenance and business leaders to design talent strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and specialized roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring strategies and solve talent challenges.
• Source and attract professionals across engineering, engine maintenance and industrial functions using market intelligence.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives and act as an ambassador of the employer brand.
• Support competency‑based interviews, assessment centres and selection panels.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in aviation, engineering, manufacturing or MRO.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and maintenance stakeholders and understand complex technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent English (C1+).
