Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Leadership Scope

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Barcelona. You will act as advisor and gatekeeper for the Talent Acquisition team, helping the business raise the bar with every hire. You will advise hiring managers using market expertise, analyse TA metrics and build recruiting strategies that attract top talent while keeping the quality of candidates and hiring managers' experience at the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting: research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation and acceptance.
• Deeply understand one of the talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA and Africa) and tailor sourcing strategies for each region, using local networks and job boards.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and legal requirements for the regions you cover.
• Coach hiring managers on topics such as time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion.
• Improve existing programmes and develop new strategies for finding top talent, using ATS reports and dashboards to show the pipeline and results.
• Support employer branding through networking events and e-meetups, and manage the candidate pipeline so future opportunities are identified.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting leadership profiles/executive search in a fast-paced environment; scale-up or tech experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of working with hiring managers and business leaders, advising on strategic hiring decisions.
• Experience across a variety of roles and levels at an international level.
• Solid understanding of Glovo's vision, business model and operations.
• Strong networking skills and metrics orientation, backed by data.
• Knowledge of regional talent markets, especially WE, IT-SEE, PLECA and Africa.
