Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Italian Speaker)

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Huspy, you will lead end‑to‑end hiring for business‑focused roles across our fast‑growing real‑estate technology platform. You will partner closely with hiring managers, source top‑tier talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting our expansion in Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for business positions such as real‑estate, sales, key account management, and operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring plans, build pipelines, and execute hiring strategies with speed and quality.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, maintain a strong talent pool, and manage offers.
• Provide a premium candidate experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
• Maintain clean data and reporting in the Revolut People ATS to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously raise hiring standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of business recruitment experience in a fast‑scaling startup environment.
• Fluent in Italian with a proven track record hiring business profiles.
• Strong sourcing expertise, creative and persistent pipeline building.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and data‑driven.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and implementing structure.
• Motivated by leveraging AI tools to improve recruitment processes.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms – specifically Revolut People.
• Proficiency in AI‑enabled recruitment tools.
