SEO Manager DACH Market

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own and scale our organic and AI‑driven growth across the DACH region. You will join a high‑impact international SEO team, working at the intersection of search, product, and growth to turn search into a predictable growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SEO & AI growth strategy for the DACH market, covering on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep‑dives to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with content, product, and growth teams to embed SEO best practices into all initiatives.
• Create high‑impact content briefs aligned with user intent and conversion goals.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Contribute to global SEO initiatives and share insights with the broader team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Fluent German (C2 level); Polish is a plus.
• Strong expertise across technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
