Server – Fine Dining & Bar Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join the team at our upscale restaurant in Barcelona. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to event type and service standards.
• Set tables, answer menu questions and communicate guest preferences to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to special dietary requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security and uniform policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb (assistance for heavier items).
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
