Service Commercial Support Intern

About the role

Philips is looking for a Service Commercial Support Intern in Madrid to support its Service Commercial team in delivering operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction. The internship offers hands-on experience in a healthcare services environment, covering customer reporting, data analysis, service operations, customer experience programs, commercial processes and tender management. It is an office-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer activity reports and support customer experience initiatives
• Assist with commercial and tender-related activities
• Gather and analyse service data and prepare customer-facing reports
• Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities
• Help prepare documentation for commercial proposals and public tenders
• Work with the Service Commercial team, Service Delivery Managers, Field Service Engineers and other service stakeholders

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate seeking first professional experience in the healthcare industry; any previous internship or academic project is a plus
• Analytical, organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and comfort working with data and reports
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to collaborate across teams
• A good level of English is required
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field (a plus)

Required skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI or data visualisation tools is a plus

The company works in person at least 3 days per week for office-based teams, and this role is an office position.
