Service Delivery Senior Manager - Threat Detection and Response (Hybrid)

About the role

EY GDS Spain is looking for a Service Delivery Senior Manager in its Cyber Security Team, based in Malaga and working in a hybrid setting. You will lead the delivery and maintenance of Threat Detection and Response (TDR) managed services, for shared-pool projects or dedicated large engagements, and act as the main point of contact for clients while driving quality and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead TDR managed services and provide governance support for operations, delivery and maintenance of tools and processes, helping develop relevant standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships with functional heads and key influencers, and identify and escalate business opportunities.
• Ensure client service quality according to EY quality guidelines, review the work of junior members and coach and mentor them.
• Lead large-scale projects and programs, including performance improvement, cost optimization, sales acceleration and business change.
• Propose transition approaches for large outsourcing deals, define solution and implementation approaches, target operating models and technical architectures, and review Statements of Work.
• Deliver due diligence for AS-IS assessments, prepare proof of concepts and present proposals to clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership, operational efficiency and the quality culture agenda.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, MSc, BSc, MBA, PGDM or PhD).
• Approximately 10-12 years of project management experience on large projects and programs, including planning, resource and financial management.
• Significant experience in security engineering or similar, and in delivering cyber solutions to clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; good understanding of project governance and change management.
• Any two of the following certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GMON, GCIA, CISM.

Required skills

• TDR technologies: SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR and related threat frameworks.
• Managed services model using the ITIL framework.
• Preferred: experience with Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Dark/Dark Web monitoring tools, Demisto, Phantom and other SOAR tools.
• PRINCE2 or PMP highly desirable.
