About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our service desk in Barcelona. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of mobile devices, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware faults, software errors, system failures, and connectivity problems across multiple mobile phone models.
• Perform professional repairs such as screen, battery, charging port, camera, and speaker component replacements.
• Conduct functional and performance testing before and after repairs to meet quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers about device issues, repair solutions, timelines, and costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and manage tools, testing equipment, and spare parts safely.
• Record daily repair logs, device information, and system data for traceable service files.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a Mobile Phone Repair Technician with both hardware disassembly/repair and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with mainstream Android and iOS devices and ability to work independently.
• Preferred certifications in electronics technology or mobile device maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and high repair pass rate.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and document handling.
• Professional verbal communication, patient and service‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑discipline, teamwork awareness, and adherence to workshop safety standards.
