Senior Project Manager

About the role

Sateliot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take programmatic ownership of one or several mission domains within its satellite constellation programmes. Reporting to the Mission Director, you will translate high‑level mission goals into executable plans, maintain baselines and ensure delivery across scope, schedule, cost and risk.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the programmatic focal point for the assigned domain, coordinating engineering, procurement, quality and operations teams.
• Facilitate alignment across technical leads, clarifying priorities, interfaces and delivery expectations.
• Own and maintain the integrated schedule, milestones and performance indicators for the domain.
• Provide decision‑oriented visibility on progress, deviations, trade‑offs and recommended actions.
• Identify, structure and maintain a living risk register, anticipate potential issues and propose mitigation plans.
• Evaluate the programmatic impact of technical decisions and trigger escalations when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, schedule‑driven projects in the New Space or satellite communications sector.
• Strong ability to work by influence across multidisciplinary teams while preserving technical authority.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate technical decisions into programmatic impacts.
• Resilient, ownership‑mindset with capacity to handle ambiguity and drive results.
