Service Implementation Specialist

About the role

Red Points, a digital revenue recovery platform used by over 1,000 companies to protect their brands against counterfeiting, piracy and impersonation, is hiring a Service Implementation Specialist in Barcelona. This is an entry-level, highly operational position focused on precision and technical setup, essential for the success of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain automated detection profiles in the Red Points platform according to client needs and brand assets such as trademarks and copyrights.
• Run detection scans and campaigns to find potential infringements across the Internet.
• Validate the quality and accuracy of detection results so only genuine infringements are flagged for the Enforcement team.
• Hand over validated infringement data accurately to the Enforcement and Customer teams.
• Meet performance KPIs consistently.

Required profile

• High proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Meticulous, organized and able to plan and meet setup deadlines.
• Strong interest in intellectual property and digital data processing.
• Foundational knowledge of intellectual property rights is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in brand protection, fraud detection, analyst or similar roles is a bonus.

Required skills

• Analytical and logical problem-solving, able to break down complex setups.
• Experience or interest in SaaS platforms, data sets or complex technical interfaces is highly desirable.
