Service Partner Management Intern (Spain)

About the role

Join Sungrow’s Service Partner Management team in Spain as an intern and help drive the company’s mission of delivering clean power worldwide. You will support partner onboarding, documentation, and data management while gaining hands‑on experience in the renewable‑energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming partner requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and verify potential service partners, assessing their capabilities.
• Compile detailed overviews of partner services and maintain an up‑to‑date partner database.
• Organise and facilitate decision‑making meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Manage document administration, ensuring proper archiving and record‑keeping.
• Support the onboarding process for new service partners to ensure smooth integration.
• Coordinate training programs for the Sungrow Academy, collect training data, and suggest improvements.
• Recommend termination of partnerships when necessary, based on performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the partner management team to maintain clear communication.

Required profile

• Recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to critically assess requests and compile comprehensive reports.
• Excellent organisational abilities, especially in document handling and database maintenance.
