Service & Performance Manager - General Services (Temp Agency)

About the role

A temporary position for a general and site services manager has opened at Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid). The role covers waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending, with support for office services and cross-functional help to other general services and FMRE Spain service lines. The aim is efficiency, cost control, excellent employee experience and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational performance, KPI achievement and contract compliance for waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe.
• Support office services in Getafe.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as quality, satisfaction, incidents and service times.
• Supervise contractual compliance and SLAs with suppliers.
• Analyse consumption data, trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Define and implement continuous improvement plans, manage budgets and costs, coordinate audits and run action plans.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or similar, EQF Level 7 (master's level).
• Up to 3 years of experience in supplier management.
• Experience in KPI management and data analysis, and in vendor and contract management.
• Knowledge of SLAs and service contracts.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Nice to have: experience in medium/large industrial or corporate environments, and knowledge of sustainability applied to services (waste reduction, energy efficiency).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google analysis tools.
• Project management.
• Results-oriented, analytical, negotiation skills, proactivity and cross-functional collaboration.
