Service Product Manager - Digital Service Products

About the role

GEA is looking for a Service Product Manager within its Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) division. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of digital service products, owning the product vision and defining scalable strategies. The role works closely with development teams and senior leadership as part of GEA's digitalization strategy, and is open to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of new digital service products, managing their technical and commercial aspects
• Own digital service products by defining the product roadmap, business scaling model, standardization and roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue
• Monitor and report KPIs in line with internal stage-gate processes
• Identify innovation opportunities, drive continuous product development and bring new products to market
• Craft and implement repeatable, scalable and profitable go-to-market strategies, including market analysis and competitive research
• Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing and R&D, and support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation
• Support building a digital platform that scales the NPE digital service offering and drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, digital products, service business transformation or similar roles
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
• Proactive, adaptable and entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced environment
