Service Sales Specialist – Electrification

About the role

ABB is looking for a Service Sales Specialist in the Northwest area of Spain, reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager. The role focuses on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the full Service product portfolio, with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for strategic end-user accounts, identify growth opportunities and track progress
• Prioritize customer visits as the main commercial activity, building presence and trust with key end users and strategic accounts
• Promote the full range of Medium & Low Voltage services, including maintenance, upgrades, retrofits and value-added solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' operations and anticipating their needs
• Grow business in the Installed Base and meet or exceed financial KPIs
• Generate service sales leads and explore new service portfolios using market trends and CRM (Salesforce)
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service
• English communication at ease; Spanish is mandatory
• Willingness to travel
