Site Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time Site Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal condition of its buildings and facilities in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda. You will work with production and supply‑chain teams, supervising maintenance contracts and supporting new infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the maintenance of plant assets, including buildings, compressors, air‑conditioning and electrical systems.
• Monitor performance against objectives, diagnose incidents and drive improvement action plans.
• Support the design and construction of new facilities and define maintenance scopes.
• Oversee works related to infrastructure, energy supply and facility upgrades within allocated budgets.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety and EHS requirements.

Required profile

• Technical or advanced industrial engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) or high‑level technician qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar maintenance roles.
• Strong sense of urgency, decision‑making ability and results orientation.
• Organised planning skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building installations such as compressors, air‑conditioning and electrical systems.
• Experience with office automation, monitoring and control equipment.
• Proficiency in CMMS/GMAO tools for maintenance supervision.
