Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing on‑site installation and logistics activities. This position ensures that safety, quality, and project requirements are met while supporting the hand‑over to commissioning and the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the project installation plan, including equipment unloading and site logistics.
• Lead the installation team, delegate tasks to suppliers or partners, and provide clear installation instructions.
• Monitor progress, report status, and perform quality checks on installations and processes.
• Support commissioning during testing and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the customer.
• Maintain a safe working environment, enforce health‑and‑safety standards, and manage project costs to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related industrial/mechatronics studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in site installation or logistics.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel on site up to 90% of the time.
• No criminal or police record.
• Fluent in Spanish (native/advanced) and English (minimum B2).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
