SMB Sales Representative – eCommerce (French Market)

About the role
As an SMB Sales Representative for Lenovo’s eCommerce business, you will sell Lenovo’s full catalog of PCs, workstations, smartphones, tablets and related services to small and medium business customers in the French market. The role combines inbound and outbound phone and chat interactions, focusing on closing sales, achieving revenue targets and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Close incoming sales opportunities to meet short‑term goals, quotas and revenue targets.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to new and existing SMB customers.
- Assist customers with order placement, providing product information and advice.
- Follow up on leads generated by the Customer Service team or other departments.
- Provide an excellent customer experience from the first contact through sale closure.
- Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Complete call logs and required reports accurately.
- Ensure recommended products, services and solutions meet customer needs.
- Meet departmental metrics for sales, quality and productivity and exceed daily/monthly targets.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners in a professional manner.
Required profile
- Proven experience in inside sales or SMB sales, preferably in eCommerce.
- Ability to close inbound opportunities and generate outbound leads.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Attention to detail for accurate quoting, pricing and reporting.
