Social Art Designer

About the role

Monks is seeking a creative Social Art Designer to craft and adapt visual assets for social media campaigns supporting an iconic automotive brand. You will work closely with a design‑savvy team to develop concepts that meet regional market needs while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the content team to generate clear visual ideas for local markets.
• Translate concepts into final designs within tight deadlines.
• Manage the visual side of the Social Media Calendar.
• Conduct image research and source the best visuals for each campaign.
• Present complete design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Own smaller projects or portions of larger projects, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in advertising or communications agencies.
• Proven track record as an Art Designer.
• Fluent English with strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable with repetitive tasks when needed.
