Social Media & Community Manager (Early Talent)

About the role

As a Social Media & Community Manager you will be the voice of SharkNinja’s online communities, creating and curating content that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty. This early‑talent position blends community interaction, video production, and trend‑spotting in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day community management across social platforms, forums and online groups, responding quickly and authentically.
• Build relationships with community members, brand advocates and influencers to foster organic advocacy.
• Identify user‑generated content opportunities and amplify member stories and testimonials.
• Track engagement metrics and sentiment, feeding insights back into the content strategy.
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish short‑form video content from idea to final post.
• Create scroll‑stopping posts, polls, competitions and activations designed for each platform.
• Stay ahead of social trends, introducing fresh formats, sounds and ideas before they peak.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student, master’s student, recent graduate or early‑career professional with a passion for social media and digital culture.
• Proven ability to produce compelling short‑form video content independently (portfolio required).
• Strong written voice and ability to craft engaging copy.
